As part of our delivery team, the Driver will be responsible for building and maintaining positive customer relationships.  The delivery of the furniture order is the last step in the customer purchase experience and that last interaction may be the determining factor in whether they purchase from Kane's in the future.

Drivers prepare the truck for operation, load and unload, process paperwork an clean out the trucks at the end of the day.  Driver must be able to lift 100 pounds.  Furniture is unloaded at each customer location and may include full set-up with some assembly.  On occasion, products may need to be returned to the warehouse and unloaded.  All Drivers work as part of a team with an Assistant.  The ideal candidate will have at least one year of furniture delivery experience.

During the first three weeks of employment, Drivers will participate in paid training.  After the completion of the training program, compensation is based on the dollar amount of furniture that is successfully delivered.
